Our Privacy Commitment

At Panacea-Tech, we believe privacy is a fundamental right, not a luxury feature. Our approach to data is grounded in three core principles: minimalism (we collect only what's necessary), transparency (we're clear about what we collect and why), and control (your data remains yours, always).

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how Panacea-Tech ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you use our website, purchase our products, or engage our services.

Our approach to privacy is fundamentally different from many technology companies. We believe your data belongs to you, and we design all our systems and practices with privacy as a fundamental principle, not an afterthought.

We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand our practices regarding your personal information. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information only for specific, limited purposes, including:

  • Providing our services: To deliver the products and services you request, process transactions, and manage your account
  • Customer support: To respond to your inquiries, provide technical support, and resolve issues
  • Improving our services: To analyze how our services are used, identify areas for improvement, and develop new features

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We maintain strict limits on sharing your information:

  • Service providers: We share information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate our business (e.g., payment processors, cloud storage providers). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and can only use it for the specific services they provide to us.
  • Business transfers: If we're involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We'll notify you before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., court orders, government agencies).
  • Protection of rights: We may disclose information to protect and defend our rights and property, or the safety of our customers or others.

We will NEVER:

  • Sell your personal information to third parties
  • Share your data with data brokers or advertising networks
  • Use your information for purposes beyond what's stated in this policy without your explicit consent

5. Data Security

Security isn't an add-on feature; it's woven into everything we build. We implement industry-leading security practices to protect your information:

  • Encryption: We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data in transit and at rest
  • Access controls: Strict access controls and authentication requirements for our systems and data
  • Regular security audits: We conduct regular security assessments and penetration testing
  • Employee training: Our team is trained in security best practices and data protection
  • Incident response: We have procedures in place to respond quickly to potential security incidents

While we implement stringent security measures, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. If you have reason to believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us immediately.

Zero-Trust Architecture

Where applicable, we implement zero-trust architecture principles, which means we verify every attempt to access our systems and your data, regardless of where the request comes from. This approach significantly enhances security by eliminating implicit trust and continuously validating every stage of digital interaction.

6. Your Rights and Choices

We believe you should have control over your data. Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access: You can request access to the personal information we hold about you
  • Correction: You can request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Deletion: You can request that we delete your personal information (subject to certain exceptions)
  • Restriction: You can request that we restrict the processing of your information
  • Data portability: You can request a copy of your information in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format
  • Objection: You can object to our processing of your information in certain circumstances
  • Withdrawal of consent: If we rely on your consent to process your information, you can withdraw that consent at any time

To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information provided in the "Contact Us" section. We will respond to your request within 30 days or as required by applicable law.

We respect do-not-track signals and other similar mechanisms. We do not track our users across third-party websites to provide targeted advertising.

7. Data Retention

We store your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

To determine the appropriate retention period, we consider:

  • The amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal information
  • The potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure
  • The purposes for which we process the information and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means
  • Applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or other requirements

In some circumstances, we may anonymize your personal information so that it can no longer be associated with you, in which case we may use such information without further notice to you.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete such information from our servers.

9. International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States, and the information we collect is governed by U.S. law. If you are accessing our services from outside the United States, please be aware that information collected through our services may be transferred to, processed, stored, and used in the United States and other countries.

When we transfer personal information from the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland to the United States or other countries that may not have the same data protection laws, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, to protect your information.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website prior to the change becoming effective.
